“Fresh from the Brush” Fall
Dusty dirt roads with cornfields stretched for miles. Quaint cottages offset from the main road sitting almost picturesque next to a willow tree, the barn out back riddled with rusty objects collected over the years. Feeling the slight chilliness in the fall air as the kids went about trick-or-treating. That’s what fall felt like to me.
“Fresh from the Brush” Fall was inspired by hand selected vintage items & original artwork that protruded through dried cornstalk. Each item overflowing with stalk tassel to give it extra flair.
Each item seemed as though it could have been pulled directly from grandmas house, and if not from the house, it came from grandpas barn. Cleaned up and staged in a way to give it a new life, a newness to the old. Reinvention to be reborn. Right at home, as I would describe it.
